Velvet is a liquid eyeliner pen like no other!!

The tip of the Velvet pen is very different from most eyeliner pens. Our tip is longer than most other eyeliner brushes, is more flexible, more tapered and most importantly it is extremely soft.

Velvet is made from a water based, quick-drying formula which provides a long lasting, smudge-proof eyeliner that lasts all day without fading. It can be removed easily without the use of any harsh makeup removers.

Give Velvet a good shake before you apply it to mix the eyeliner and provide a consistent flow of color. Shaking the little metal ball inside the tube prevents any separation of color when applied and avoids any clumping which is common in most liquid eyeliners.
